A Early 19th Century Blue and White Antique Georgian Mason's Ironstone Hydra Jug, The jug section is octagon shape with a dragon or Hydra handle in blue - decorated overall 2 pagoda, boats and a countryside. The pattern is a overall japanese or chinese scenery. It is about 6t" x 15" diameter -pattern. The base has a underglazed blue griffin and unicorn crest - the 'Imperial Stone' mark C.1855-62
The center of the bottom is glaze the rim of the foot is unglaze and because of its age dingy. There is also a repair 2" repaired break in the lip other wide the jug is in very good condition
