Circa 1850 Chinese Export Mustard Jar unfortunately with out the top. These small items like the mustard jar are always hard to find, especially with a cover. This is a nice item with good quality that is still usable and also not a form and size that you often can find. Measures 2 1/2 in height. Very Good Quality. Gold in the hair. A bird and a butterfly with a rose and greenery in one panel and other scene is a group of mandarin ladies in a court scene.
