In the late 1940 and early 1950, these towers were used to put cotton, hair receivers, powders, etc for use in the lady's toilet. The flowers are separately made and added, none of the flowers are missing. They are numbered on the bottom without a any hallmark They appear to be bisque. This is a set of two towers and they are $35.00 per set.
