Victorian, circa 1900 Kent Staffordshire figure which features a parrot or cockatoo, perched on a circular base. Dull gilt base line. Decorated in the round with decoration to the reverse. Multi-coloured version. Vent hole to side. Similar piece illustrated in Schiffer''s, ''Victorian Staffordshire Figures 1835-1875'' Book 2, by A.& N. Harding, page 232, figure 2834. Good. No restoration. No cracks. No hairlines. No chips. Flaking to the base, beak and the wing. Rubbing to gilt. 8.9ins high, 4.4ins wide, 4.3ins depth.
