Victorian, circa 1860 Staffordshire figure of a white spaniel with front legs molded free, sat on a cobalt pedestal base. Dull gilt collar, locket, chain and base line. Vent hole to reverse behind tail. Good. No cracks. No hairlines. Small flake to nose. Some rubbing to gilt chain. Slight wear to base. Kiln effect: overall crazing and some craze lines to reverse. Restored chips around the lower base edge. 8ins high
