Pre-Victorian, circa 1820 Staffordshire Pearlware bocage figure of a ram standing in front of a flowering tree, with a recumbent lamb on the ground below. Shredded clay decoration to ground. Decorated all round. Painted mark to underside. Fair. No cracks. Tight hairline to the ram''s front right leg. Chip to the lamb''s left ear and horn. Flaking to the ram''s body. Flake to the lamb''s right ear and horn. Old restoration of the entire bocage, tree trunk and ram''s horns. 5.5ins high
