Pre-Victorian, circa 1820 Small Staffordshire Pearlware figure of a putto holding a bird under one arm. He wears a cloth draped around his waist. Modeled on a russet lined, square plinth base. Decorated all round. Vent hole to underside. Good. No cracks. No hairlines. A few flakes around the base. Small paint loss to beak. Slight rubbing to hair. Three restored chips to base. Restored flake to right shoulder. Retouching to cloak and ground. 4.75ins high
