Pre-Victorian, circa 1820 Small Staffordshire Pearlware figure of a girl holding a bird under one arm. Standing on a mound and modeled on a russet lined, square plinth base. Decorated all round. Vent hole to underside. Good. No cracks. No hairlines. Small flake to upper base edge at reverse. Kiln effect: fine kiln soot caught in the glaze around the base. Restored chip to nose. Restored flake to her arm and two base corners. 4.25ins high
