What a cool piece! Dead on Art Nouveau and a piece you could even use in your office I know I used it in mine for people to leave their cards on. Really surprised some people! Anyway she's circa 1900 and probably from Austria though there is no mark just numbers. Looks like Royal Dux only better. As finely a detailed piece as you will ever find in this size.
