Victorian, circa 1860 Pair Staffordshire zebras modeled on oval bases. All four legs of each molded free. Dull gilt base line. Shredded clay decoration to base. Vent hole to underside and reverse. Good. No restoration. Rubbing to gilt. Right facing: Two very small flakes to tips of ears. Left facing: Kiln effect: piece of kiln detritus stuck to inside of hind left leg. 8.25ins high
