Victorian, circa 1860 Pair Staffordshire seated black and white spaniels. Dull gilt collar, locket and chain. Red mouths, black noses. Vent hole to reverse. Painted mark to underside. Good. Some rubbing to gilt. Right facing: Kiln effects: overglazed shrinkage crack to lower base edge at front; overall crazing; stray black glaze to front paws. Repaired crack to lower base edge at reverse. Left facing: Kiln effects: small firing pit to top of head; overall crazing. Repaired crack to lower base edge at reverse. Repaired hairline to reverse. 10ins high
