Victorian, circa 1860 Staffordshire figure with a Musical theme which features a Scottish piper playing bagpipes, stood on a circular base. Dull gilt base line. Flatback, decorated only to the front. Multi-coloured, including underglaze blue. No book reference found. Very good. No restoration. No cracks. No hairlines. No chips. Some small flakes to the bagpipes. Almost nil wear. Kiln effects: touch mark to the left of the base; flecks of stray cobalt glaze to the side. 4.7ins high, 1.6ins wide, 1.6ins depth.
