Victorian, circa 1890 Majolica posy holder modeled as a man sitting cross legged beside a large cart, smoking a cigarette on a naturalistic oval base. Nice detailed moldings, good colorful glazes, stilt marks to base Good. No cracks. No chips. No flakes. Kiln effects: minor kiln soot caught in glaze, worst illustrated, few pieces of kiln detritus and manufacturing mark to left hand, illustrated. Professional restoration to left hand, cigarette, left ankle and two hairlines to side of cart, all illustrated. 10ins high, 11ins wide
