Possibly by Carl Thieme of Potschappel, Dresden, this little figurine is very much in the style of Dresden, and is beautifully painted and modelled. The maker's mark is crowned N, with small crossed swords. Figurine is about 11.25cm high (4.1/2 inches), and has gilded highlights. Young man in period dress holding a blue daisy-like flower. Condition is very good - the only damage I can see is a tiny chip of one of the flower's leaves.
