Decorative Shearwater Pottery Pirate figurine with a gun behind his head. MINT CONDITION. No chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind. Bottom marked with 80 and g. Pirate is 6 1/2" tall and 5 1/2" wide. Shearwater Pottery was founded in 1928 by Peter Anderson but inspiration came from his mother who took classes in pottery at Newcomb College. Sadly in 2005 Shearwater Pottery was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.
