This is a very feminine interpretation of Guanyin (Kwan Yin), Goddess of Mercy. Guanyin holds a bouquet of roses in her arms, stands amongst swirling clouds and is dressed in flowing robes. The Goddess has a wonderful serene expression, this lovely blanc de chine piece from the late Qing Dynasty. The figurine is unsigned. Dimensions: Height 9"(22.50cm) Condition: Excellent, no chips,frits or damage.
