Circa 1890 Majolica Palissy dish decorated with a single fish lying on moss, surrounded by leafy branches. The dish is modeled in the form of a reed-basket bound with twine at either end. Leafy branches to exterior. Cream underside with three stilt marks. Good. No cracks. No hairlines. No chips. Some small flakes to leaves to exterior. Restored chip to two leaves on exterior. 3ins by 10ins wide
