This fancy tray with dark blue background and a scene in the center of the tray with fancy gold designs all around the scene. The tray also has (2) handles that have gold and light blue color. The back of the tray has a stamped letter (H) with a circle around the H. The bottom of the tray is completely white in color. I don't know anything else about the piece other than it is very attractive. Measuring 1" Height x 12" Length x 9" Depth.
