An early John Rose, Coalport Porcelain Square Dish c.1805, hybrid hard paste porcelain, richly decorated with a dragon within a border consisting of stylized flowers within closely fitted blue rings, painted in coloured enamels and gilt. Typically unmarked. In good condition, slight scuff on the upper edge of dish, not terribly noticeable, could easily be touched up. The dish measures 8.25" X 8.25" $450. + shipping
