Circa 1840 Chinese Export Blue Canton Mug/Tankard. Decorated of course in the rain and cloud border. Color is light to medium blue. Good Condition with no Restoration. Being a chinese export mug collector myself, I can attest to mugs in the true blue canton are very rare and hard to find. This mug is in very good condition and measures 4" in height and 3 1/4" in diameter. Recently this was purchased out of a New York Estate.
