Circa 1770 Chinese Export most unusual and my favorite Circus/juggler TEA BOWL. This is a great pattern and extremely rare. I have been fortunate enough to buy a few cups and saucers in this mandarin pattern over the years at reasonable prices according to prices that I have seen of this pattern at Higher Priced New York Shows. The one cup and saucer that I saw a year ago was priced at $15,000.00. The mandarin scene consists of one panel of a juggler on a tight rope, separated by a cartouche of famille rose colors and another panel of two entertainers with one throwing knives and the other individual playing a musical symbol.
