Small sugar bowl made by Meissen, Germany. It is a remake of one made by Meissen in 1740 with a peach finial. Measurements: 2 1/4'' diameter; 3'' high. Very pretty little lidded pot. 3 sprigs of multi-coloured flowers adorn the little pot. A beautiful blue Morning Glory is painted on the lid. The details of the painting are excellent. There is a dot below the hilts of the swords, indicating 1951-1953. Various painted and impressed numbers (for painters and models).
