Victorian, circa 1870 George Jones Majolica creamer decorated with white blossom on cobalt ground. Crescent shaped body with an arched base. Handle in the form of a monkey. Ochre border around the rim. Turquoise interior. Three stilt marks to underside along with raised pattern registration diamond and pattern number in reserve. Similar creamer illustrated in figure 96, page 59, Schiffer''s ''George Jones Ceramics 1861-1951'' by Robert Cluett. Good. No restoration. No cracks. No hairlines. No chips. Two tiny rim flakes. 3ins high, 4.5ins wide
