This is an excellent Sugar Bowl by Shelley. Marked in Green in Script, Fine Bone China era 1929-1942 which would have been the era prior to and including most of WorldWar II. This is the The Blue Rock pattern #13591 with fluted edges and blue line accents. There are nosegays on the outside of the sugar as well as one on the inside. It is 2" deep and 3 1/4" wide. There are no cracks, chips or flakes. This sugar is in excellent condition.
