This is an excellent Shelley Creamer. Marked in Green in Script, Fine Bone China era 1929-1942 which would have been the era prior to and including most of WorldWar II. This is the The Blue Rock pattern #13591 with fluted scallops and lovely nosegay flowers on the outside of the creamer. It is 4 1/4" long w/handle and spout 2 1/4" wide 2 1/2" deep. There are no cracks, chips or flakes. This creamer dish is in excellent condition.
