Very 1930s Deco style creamer and sugar by prestigious English pottery Minton. Earthenware in the cream body favoured at the period. Rather Clarice Cliff in style. The creamer has a tight hairline on the outside, from the rim down about 5 cm of the side. This shows only on the rim inside, and very very faintly the rest. Still well usable, and stylish design makes it very collectable. Sugar is in perfect condition. Sugar is 5.75 cm (2.1/4 inches) high and 9.5 cm diameter (3.3/4 inches). Creamer is 9.5 cm high (3.3/4 inches). Makers mark dates it to 1912-1930s. Priced for the fault.
