This is Haviland from Limoges France,which is egg shell porcelain with blue flowers and green leaves sugar pot. It is elegant, extremely fine porcelain and has the wonderful flure ribbons on the handles with gold trim on handles, there is also the flure ribbon on the finial on the top of the lid. No crack, crazing, flakes or other defects. Great with the creamer. Height 3 1/2" width 5" with handles.
