Victorian, date cipher for 1864 Minton Majolica centerpiece modeled as a pair of kneeling putti, bearing a dish on their shoulders with two doves between them. Mottled cobalt, brown and green glaze to dish interior. Mottled cobalt and brown glaze to reverse of dish. Turquoise underside. Vent hole to underside of dish and putti''s back. Impressed maker''s marks ''MINTON'', ''930'' and date cipher for 1864 on the foot. Very good. No restoration. No cracks. No hairlines. No chips. Small flake to lower base edge. Slight wear to interior and reverse of dish. 11ins by 7ins, 6.5ins high
