Delightful Carl Thieme reticulated compote in excellent condition. The basket weave 'bowl' replete with multiple small blue floral appliques as well as interspersed with larger colorful blossoms. The inside is hand gilt. The stem of the compote is hand painted with charming floral accents, and the reticulated base is gilt as well. Remarkably free of gilt loss. Inside the bowl is a large hand painted floral arrangement. A very nice piece.
