Circa 1920 Wedgwood Flame Fairyland lustre melba centre bowl, shape number 2279. The bowl is decorated with Garden of Paradise pattern to exterior on flame ground. Flaming wheel pattern around the base edge. Jumping faun pattern to the interior. Fish pattern to the center. Wedgwood ''Portland vase'' and ''MADE IN ENGLAND'' maker''s mark to underside. Fair. Repaired and stabilised crack all the way down one side of the bowl, to the foot. Foot has repaired and stabilised cracks. Despite the restoration, the bowl still has a reasonable ring to it 8ins diameter
