Large hexagonal fruit bowl, porcelain, by Rosenthal with the Selb-Bavaria mark. The rim is self-embossed with a pattern of fruits, and the bowl sits on a pedestal foot. also embossed. Inside the bowl are chrysanthemums, roses and sprigs. Gilded band to rim. Measures 7.5 cm high and 26 cm diameter (3 inches by 10.1/4 inches). Excellent condition. Backstamp dates it to 1927-1930s.
