Fine little serving bowl made by Franziska Hirsch for Ovington's of new York. It is hand painted and gilt on a white ground with the lovely floral confections dresden pieces are coveted for. The bowl is oval, with formed edges. Condition is very good; no flaws to note.
Dimensions: 8" long, 5 3/8" wide and 1.75" high. Bears blue with Franziska Hirsch and Ovington Brothers marks, dating the bowl to pre-1920.
