This is a nice example of early redware in relatively good condition. The piece dates mid to late 1800's and likely American. The bowl stands about 1 1/2" high and is 7 1/2" in diameter. There is one chip as shown otherwise the bowl is in good condition. The interior of the bowl is glazed while the exterior is not.
