A flat, reticulated plate measuring 7 ¾” in diameter which retains its original Souvenir of Portland, Maine label

A reticulated bowl measuring 7 ¾” in diameter.

A double-handled bowl 6 1/8” by 9 5/8” which retains its original Souvenir of Portland, Maine label.

All three pieces are made of fine, German porcelain and marked with Germany in blue on the bottom sides. Each features a polychrome central scene of a Courting Couple leaning against a fence with a backdrop of lush forest and a castle in the far distance. In turn, this scene is framed out with alternating arched rose garland swags and medallion rose blossoms. This set was obviously never used and is in pristine condition. Even the hand-painted gilt accents are free of any wear. You could not find better.
