Rookwood #2444 elephant bookend. In excellent condition with a wonderful green drip glazed. This is a fine example of detail that went into the Rookwood Pottery. A rare find at a great price. The marks on the back are the typical Rookwood marks, a reversed RP with flame, marked 1945 2444D. 5'' tall. Minor chip to corner.
