Exceptional and strking Rookwood Pottery panther bookends in superior two-tone dark bronze to grey glaze. Good mold. One bookend is MINT CONDITION with no chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind. Other bookend has a shallow chip to back and a tight horizontal hairline crack that is entirely confined to the backside and does not go through. Bottom marked with logo, date, shape mark and cipher for William McDonald on the back. Bookends are each 6" tall and 6" wide. NICE and ESTATE FRESH!
