Victorian, circa 1880 Majolica basket in the form of a tree with branch-like handle, and exterior decorated with green vine leaves and pink berries. Pink interior. Cream glaze to underside with a painted mark. Good. No restoration. No cracks. No hairlines. Small chip to rim. Some flakes to rim at either end and a couple to exterior. Kiln effect: kiln soot caught in the glaze at either end. 8ins high, 9.25ins wide
