Victorian, circa 1870 Majolica basket in the form of an upside down bonnet, with chin strap forming the handle. Light yellow, brown and pink glazes to exterior. Pink interior. Three stilt marks to underside. Good. No restoration. No cracks. No hairlines. No chips. No flakes. Kiln effects: tiny glaze miss to the handle and a few around the rim; glaze pop to rim; crazing to interior. 9.5ins wide, 5ins high
