ANT-522 American Large 16" Hanging Bowl Fixture...One of Four

Large bowl fixtures (16"+) are harder to find than 10 to 12 inch models, and this large 16" example is very nice indeed.

Circa 1920 - 1940. It is one of four identical fixtures taken from the same home...so at this time...you can order up to four of these. (UPDATE: Zero in Stock)

They have all been re-wired in our UL shop, and will come with all the mounting hardware. Each fixture has one socket, easily good for 100 watts. Bigger bulbs could be used, or they could be rewired for a cluster of three bakelite sockets for a small additional charge. We just kept it original to the one socket format.

The embossed decorated shades are in good condition for their age, with very few signs of wear. But then, these are true antiques, and new condition is just not here. Normal aged appearance. The color could be described as buff or tan, and when alight, the embossed designs just bounce out for an impressive presentation, which you probably can see in the pictures.

The metal fixture is pewter finished, and it mounts to an electrical box with a UL crossbar and the two screws that can be seen in the picture.
