A fabulous pair of antique double-arm Neoclassical sconces by Brandt Manufacturing Company, dating from the 1920’s. Each sconce is crowned with an urn filled with fruit; below, the backplate is ornamented with volutes, clusters of grapes, and flowers. The sconce arms, ornamented with scroll details, extend from the bottom of the backplate and hold acanthus bobeches. These wall lamps are in excellent condition with working switches; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces measure 11†tall, 9†wide, and project 3-1/4†from the wall.
