This is a fabulous pair of antique single-arm sconces in brass, dating from the 1920’s. Each sconce features a richly ornamented back plate with volutes, acanthus details, and traces of turquoise color in the design. A beautifully detailed arm extends upward from the base of the sconce to support a flower-like, gadrooned bobeche. These wall lamps are in excellent condition with a beautifully aged finish; they have been professionally rewired with working switches and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces are 10†tall, 4 1/8†wide, and project 4 ½†from the wall.
