A splendid pair of antique three-arm Tudor sconces, dating from the 1920’s, with fleur-de-lis accents. Each sconce features a shield-shaped backplate, bordered in rope detail with acanthus leaf accents, and crowned with an anthemion. A square arm extends from the middle of the backplate, ending in a vertical twisted rod supported by a curled band. The rod ends in a finial. A rectangular platform on each sconce, bordered in fleurs-de-lis and scallops, supports the three lights. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces are 18†tall, 8 1/2†wide, and project 7 1/2†from the wall.
