A fascinating single-arm figural sconce in its original polychrome finish. Dating from the 1930’s, this Art Deco sconce features a green geometric backplate with a ziggurat at the top and a three-dimensional man at the bottom. The man has a geometric face and torso, with arms that come out to encircle the bobeche. The bobeche ends in a zigzag finial. This wall lamp is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconce measures 4-3/4†wide, 12-1/2†tall, and has a projection of 4-1/2â€.
