A marvelous pair of antique single-arm cast bronze sconces, dating from the 1920’s. Featuring heavy cast bronze backplates with volutes and beveled borders, these sconces would be a wonderful addition to any Spanish Revival or Gothic Revival décor. The bobeche of each sconce features a ribbed edge with decorative detail on the underside; a floral section beneath finishes in a foliate finial with torsade detail. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces measure 9-3/4” tall, 4-1/8” wide, and project 5” from the wall.
