An elegant pair of antique double-arm sconces in their original silver plate, dating from the early 1900’s. Salvaged from Cincinnati, Ohio, these Neoclassical sconces feature a shield-shaped backplate crowned by a pelta and scrolling foliage. Decorative ropework borders the backplate, surrounding a central oval panel with delicate ribbon details. Two ribbed sconce arms extend down and out to support beautiful lily pad bobeches. The fixture's backplate tapers down and finishes with leaf and volute details. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all necessary attachments for modern installation. Each sconce measures 10" wide, 11-5/8" tall, and projects 5" from the wall. Matching single-arm sconces are also available under items NSP689-RW and NSP690-RW.
