These are three antique Neoclassical double-arm sconces, in their original polychrome finish over brass. The back plate features a sleek shield design, crowned with foliate detail flanked by volutes, with a garland of red and green leaves running down each side. A pair of S-curved, fluted arms springs from an urn near the base of the back plate, ornamented with red and green foliate detail. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces measure 10 5/8†tall, 6 7/8†wide, and protrude 5†from the wall. Each arm supports a bobeche ornamented with red and green fleur-de-lis. THE PRICE LISTED IS FOR EACH SCONCE; THERE ARE THREE AVAILABLE. A matching set of four single-arm sconces is also available, under item # NSP321-RW.
