A fabulous antique white porcelain industrial sconce with glass shade, recently salvaged from a 1930’s mental hospital here in Nashville. Made by Parker & Seymour of Syracuse, New York, and signed “P. & S. Alabax,†this sconce features a round porcelain backplate, with a dome-shaped glass shade at the top and a working electrical outlet below. It would be fabulous for use over a bathroom mirror. This wall lamp is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconce measures 5-1/2†wide, approx. 6-1/2†tall, and has a projection of 9â€. Matching flush mount lights are also available, item # NC1111-RW, and four similar sconces, NSP651-RW.
