A superb pair of antique cast iron exterior sconces, dating from the early 1900’s. The sconces have original handcrafted, wheel-cut globes adorned with a starburst pattern. They feature simple square backplates with a single arm, ending in an iron spike below with the shade above. The wall lamps are in very good antique condition with some chips around the rims of the shades, which are not visible when the shades are in place. There is also a shadow in the glass, which is barely visible and can only be seen at certain angles (pictured). The sconces have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Each sconce measures 16†tall, 7†wide, and projects 10†from the wall.
