This is a large pair of antique single-arm sconces in their original silver plate, dating from the early 1900’s. These Neoclassical sconces feature acanthus leaves and volutes on the backplate, with a beveled border. A substantial sconce arm, beginning in a volute and curving upward, features a large acorn-shaped finial beneath a stately fluted bobeche. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces measure 15 ¼†tall, 4 ¾†wide, and project 7†from the wall.
