This large (20 inches tall) American Rennaisance Revival Wall sconce light probably started out as a gas light and was electrofied. Based on the size this was probably in a large mansion or a commercial building.
Simply magnificient. Currently with wire added to plug in, but designed to be direct wired. Gorgeous cast desails. The globe is a full 8 inches across and I have seen just globes like these sell for over 150.00 by themselves. Wonderful etched glass design.
This piece will look great in any home. Obviously the globe will require special packaging if you want this shipped (please inquire. For safety sake we'd rather this be picked up but can work with your shipper.
